About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and talented Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of A2P messaging clients. This is a strategic, client-facing position where relationship building, ownership, and internal collaboration are central to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of A2P messaging clients with a focus on retention and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews and reporting
- Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value
- Identify high-potential accounts and focus on strategic development
- Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of our account management approach
What You Bring
- 3+ years of account management experience within the A2P SMS industry
- A strong network of telecom industry contacts
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in English (required), with Russian as a plus
