About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and proven Sales Director to join our team and lead the development of a high-performing sales function across Europe. This is a leadership role where go-to-market strategy, process design, and team coaching are central to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy across European markets
  • Build and manage a high-impact, fully remote sales team
  • Lead CRM implementation and design scalable internal sales processes
  • Identify, qualify, and close key accounts and partnerships
  • Mentor and coach team members to drive results and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and market goals

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within PaaS, SaaS, Telecoms, or Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling distributed sales teams
  • Strong background in CRM implementation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building high-performance sales departments from the ground up
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • English fluency required; additional European languages a plus
