About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Automation and Scraping Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our automation and data collection processes. This is a technical position where innovation, precision, and reliability are central to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behaviour-based automation for data collection
- Bypass anti-bot systems including CAPTCHA, rate limits, and session controls using proxies, headless browsers, and solving services
- Build and maintain custom scrapers for structured and unstructured data from a range of websites
- Clean, validate, and store scraped data effectively
- Write reliable, efficient, and maintainable code with strong error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in web automation, scraping, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Zennoposter, Selenium, Puppeteer, and Playwright
- Expertise in browser fingerprinting and behaviour-based automation
- Knowledge of CAPTCHA handling solutions and proxy management (residential, mobile, rotating)
- Familiarity with web security systems like Cloudflare, Datadome, and PerimeterX
- Proficiency in Python, C#, and JavaScript (Node.js)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Language requirements: English fluency required; Russian a plus
